Today (Dec.28) is the Feast Day of the Holy Innocents who are Blessed as martyrs in the Catholic Church.
“A voice was heard in Ramah, Lamentation, weeping, and great mourning, Rachel weeping for her children, refusing to be comforted, because they are no more.” Matt 2:18
This is the Biblical Rachel:
“A voice was heard in Ramah” …her crying was miraculously heard 5 miles away from her tomb.
“Lamentation, weeping, and great mourning”…she is overwhelmed with horror of murdered babies.
“refusing to be comforted”…she refusing to be comforted in this life, only in the next life.
“Rachel weeping for her children,”… Rachel claims these babies as “her” children even though she died a thousand years ago. Aborted babies are our children.
These are some of the lessons we learn about today’s Massacre of the Innocents which is worldwide abortion.
