Bishop Athanasius Schneider told Robert Moynihan on February 16 about the 30 minutes private audience with Pope Leo XIV on December 18. He described the tone as open and cordial: “The Pope was very kind, attentively listening to me, very, very fraternal and simple.” Two drafts for Leo XIV Bishop Schneider handed Pope Leo XIV two drafts during the audience. 1) A solemn Profession of Faith He proposed a solemn Profession of Faith, modeled on Paul VI’s 1968 Credo of the People of God. Schneider emphasized that such a text would need concrete implementation, not merely publication. 2) A universal legal settlement for the Roman Rite Monsignor Schneider urged Leo XIV to grant equal standing to the Roman Rite and to the Novus Ordo: “I came to ask you for the liturgical peace in the Church… to grant the same rights, the same dignity to the traditional form of the Roman Rite and the Novus Ordo, and to let them peacefully coexist.” Monsignor Schneider advised against another motu proprio “ping …Bontsi

“Chapter III ~ Being Dead to the World The Lord—when the Jews spit on Him and buffeted Him and smote Him with their hands, when Peter denied Him thrice, when the priests and elders accused Him, when the soldiers mocked Him and scourged Him—answered not. He neither rebuked them, nor defended Himself, nor reviled again, nor cursed those that persecuted Him. My son, in many things it is thy duty to be ignorant and to esteem thyself as one dead upon the earth, and to whom the whole world is crucified —The Imitation of Christ, iii. 44. Thou oughtest to be so dead to such affections of beloved friends, that (so far as thou art concerned) thou wouldest choose to be without all human sympathy. —The Imitation of Christ, iii. 42. THE idea of being dead to the world is very closely connected with that of being 'crucified with Christ.' Indeed, we may say that dying to the world is one of the ways in which a man accomplishes the crucifixion of himself with Christ. The hermits pressed the metaphor …Bontsi
VIII ~ St. Antony teaches that a monk should be like a rock. St. Antony spoke to the abbot Ammon saying, "You have still a long way to advance in the fear of the Lord." Then leading him forth of the cell he showed him a rock and said to him, "Go, hurt that rock. Beat it unmercifully." This he did, and St. Antony asked him whether the rock made any answer. He said "No." Then St. Antony said to him, "You must attain to the position of the rock and not know when anyone is trying to hurt you."
The greatest pope of the last century was John Paul II, “a true world leader”, said Cardinal Camillo Ruini in an interview with Corriere.it on his 95 birthday that is today. He considers Benedict XVI above all a theologian: “Governance was his weak point.” Ratzinger Was Wrong to Leave His resignation “surprised and saddened” him, Ruini said. “To tell the truth, I think it was a wrong decision — at least it seems so to me. But he knew his condition better than I did.” Francis Ignored Tradition Cardinal Ruini has "difficulty" with Francis: “The change was too great and sudden. More than disappointed, I was surprised.” He said Francis was “paying too little attention to tradition”: “It’s no coincidence he may have been more loved by non-believers than by believers.” Ruini Fell in Love Three Times, But Resisted Camillo Ruini became a priest after his spiritual director encouraged him: “Dedicating myself to God seemed something exciting.” His parents were “strongly opposed”. Agree with a lot here but "Asked whether he would return to the Latin Mass, he firmly declined: “Certainly not. It is important that people understand the language.” This had not been important for centuries so he is not correct. The TLM should be available. Since it was it therefore transcends time. Ad Orientem also is a form of body language to God and can be understood by all.
L S DOBBS, Sworn In For The State, 4th To Testify L. S. DOBBS, Sworn for the State. I am Sergeant of police. On the morning of April 27th, about 3:25 a call came from the pencil factory that there was a murder up there. We went down in Boots Rogers' automobile. When we got there the door was locked. We knocked on the door and in about two minutes the negro came down the steps and opened the door and said there was a woman murdered in the basement. We went through a scuttle hole, a small trapdoor. The negro lead the way back in the basement, to a partition on the left, leading from the elevator. The basement is about twenty feet wide. The negro lead back about one hundred feet and we found the body. "The girl was laying on her face not directly laying on her stomach with the left side on the ground, the right side up just a little. We couldn't tell by looking at her whether she was white or black, only by her golden colored hair. They turned her over and her face was full of dirt and dust …Bontsi

The Priestly Fraternity of Saint Pius X has declined a proposal from the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith to postpone its announced episcopal consecrations scheduled for July 1. The February 19 statement is co-signed by the five members of the Society’s General Council, including Bishops Alfonso de Galarreta and Bernard Fellay. The statement follows a February 12 meeting in Rome between Father Davide Pagliarani, Superior General of the FSSPX, and Cardinal Tucho Fernández, a soft-porn author and Prefect of the Congregation. Tucho proposed a “specifically theological path of dialogue”. The goal was to identify the “minimum requirements necessary for full communion with the Catholic Church.” The proposal conditioned on the suspension of the episcopal consecrations. Rome Showed Little Interest In Recent Years On February 18, Father Pagliarani sent a written reply to Cardinal Fernández. The letter and its several annexes is published in full on Fsspx.news. Father Pagliarani thanked …Bontsi
I think the letter is very good but has one ambiguity. Fr. Pagliarani speaks of "Tradition". At least in English, it would be valid to say, "Today we are starting a new tradition." By contrast, the Society and the Pre-Vatican II church was defending "Apostolic Tradition." Just that small change in wording makes a big difference. Pope Francis spoke of his "magisterium," so "magisterium" is just as ambiguous as "tradition". "Apostolic Tradition", by contrast is definitive. Those things passed down by the Apostles, refined by councils and popes, but never changed. Any point of controversy can be tested to see if it is Apostolic or "new". The SSPX and Rome may not agree, but at least it will be clear which has departed from the Apostolic Tradition.
“There are no Jews in Morocco. There are only Moroccan subjects,” Mohammed reportedly said. Unsurprisingly, Vichy officials didn’t like that kind of talk, and the sultan butted heads with them repeatedly.
Text sizeLine Spacing Comments Share Share Melanie McDonagh The two missing words in the King’s Andrew statement There are, you’ll note, two little words missing from the King’s statement on Andrew’s arrest on suspicion of misconduct in public office. It goes as follows: ‘I have learned with the deepest concern the news about Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and suspicion of misconduct in public office. What now follows is the full, fair and proper process by which this issue is investigated in the appropriate manner and by the appropriate authorities. In this, as I have said before, they have our full and wholehearted support and co-operation. Let me state clearly: the law must take its course. As this process continues, it would not be right for me to comment further on this matter. Meanwhile, my family and I will continue in our duty and service to you all. JOHN R BLACK, Sworn In For The State, 8th To Testify JOHN R. BLACK, sworn for the State. I am a city policeman. I don't know the details of the conversation between Mr. Starnes and Mr. Frank over the 'phone. I didn't pay very much attention to it. I went over to Mr. Frank's house with Boots Rogers. Mrs. Frank came to the door. Mrs. Frank had on a bath robe. I stated that I would like to see Mr. Frank and about that time Mr. Frank stepped out from behind a curtain. His voice was hoarse and trembling and nervous and excited. He looked to me like he was pale. I had met Mr. Frank on two different occasions before. On this occasion he seemed to be nervous in handling his collar. He could not get his tie tied, and talked very rapid in asking questions in regard to what had happened. He wanted to know if he would have time to get something to eat, to get some breakfast. He wanted to know if something had happened at the pencil factory and if the night watchman had reported it, and he asked this …Bontsi
Bishop José Antonio Satué of Málaga, Spain, has expressed support for the blessing of homosex couples. He told MalagaHoy.es on February 15: “The blessing of people who have a same-sex relationship project is, from my point of view, a step forward. In other words, marriage for us will always be, I believe, between a man and a woman. But certainly, we will have to find better ways to integrate into our pastoral practice this reality, which is undeniable.” Monsignor Satué was appointed as Bishop of Teruel y Albarracín in July 2021. He was a well-known pro-homosexual prelate. Leo XIV promoted him Bishop of Málaga in June 2025. Bishop Satué also uses the strange cross bearing the supposed symbol of the Good Shepherd with crossed arms. It was also used by Francis and can be traced back to the pro-homosexual Cardinal Louis Bernardin (1928–1996) of Chicago. #newsYuaxanjbqr
This is how the other side silences any opposition to all the sexual letters of the alphabet. They use the human rights code to attack the Christian view of the family, marriage, human sexuality and personhood.
