Mr. Voris's statement that 'Catholics need to concentrate more on what the Faith commands' does not apply to those in the Pro-Life movement as they are already concentrating on the Faith as witnessed by the very acts in which they have involved themselves.

Mr. Voris often goes on record saying the bishops have failed in their efforts to instruct the Faithful. He is correct. That being true, how does he expect the Pro-Life community to correct the problem? They can't.

Those involved in the Pro-Life movement are doing what they can with what they have. For that, they should be commended. Mr. Voris needs to get back to what he correctly stated was the real problem is, that sound Catholic Teaching is lacking in most parishes around the world.

Excellent and insightful. I have been teaching and writing a similar message for years, but you have explained it so well! In many ways the pro-life movement has become institutionalized, and therefore bureaucratic, which means that change is very difficult.
