Three individuals shared portions of their consecrated Hosts with their dogs during a Eucharist on October 4, 2025, at Good Shepherd Parish in Zürich, Switzerland. The sacrilege occurred during an animal blessing that had been combined with a Eucharist. The Diocese of Chur investigated the incided and concluded on April 17 that the individuals did not act with sacrilegious intent. Despite imposing no canonical penalties, the diocese described the incident as “highly regrettable.” #newsXhlejkrule
“Pope Francis was like a second father to me, and I still miss him deeply,” said his nurse, Massimiliano Strappetti, 56, in an interview with Corriere.it on April 19. Francis hated hospital stays and joked whenever he had to go to Gemelli Hospital: “You’ll see—the cardinals are preparing the conclave now.” “Every morning when he woke up, he would ask me, ‘Hello, who died today?’ That was just how he was,” Strappetti recalled. One day, Strappetti told Francis that he was divorced and living with another woman. The pope replied: “And what’s the problem?” He then asked: “Do they let you receive Communion? If not, tell me the names of those priests who refuse - I’ll go speak to them myself!” For Strappetti, Francis was a “surprising” pope. #newsAzcbcontal

He warns that such people compensate for their "inner weakness" by becoming overly bossy. This also happens in the Industrial workforce. With an inexperienced person placed into a position of power and authority, power quickly goes to his head and leadership skills are lost. A "How to Become a Good Supervisor" seminar focuses on transitioning from individual contributor to leader by mastering communication, conflict resolution, and performance management. Key topics include active listening, setting clear expectations, delivering constructive feedback, and building team trust. These seminars, often available via SkillPath, AMA, or online modules, emphasize practical tools to boost team morale and productivity. The guy who really wants the job is the guy who should never be promoted, it'll go to his head.
Acts of the Apostles 11,19-26. Those who had been scattered by the persecution that arose because of Stephen went as far as Phoenicia, Cyprus, and Antioch, preaching the word to no one but Jews. There were some Cypriots and Cyrenians among them, however, who came to Antioch and began to speak to the Greeks as well, proclaiming the Lord Jesus. The hand of the Lord was with them and a great number who believed turned to the Lord. The news about them reached the ears of the church in Jerusalem, and they sent Barnabas to go to Antioch. When he arrived and saw the grace of God, he rejoiced and encouraged them all to remain faithful to the Lord in firmness of heart, for he was a good man, filled with the Holy Spirit and faith. And a large number of people was added to the Lord. Then he went to Tarsus to look for Saul, and when he had found him he brought him to Antioch. For a whole year they met with the church and taught a large number of people, and it was in Antioch that the disciples were …තව
Talking to Gloria.tv, Bishop Athanasius Schneider asks Pope Leo XIV to permit the episcopal consecrations of the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Pius X. Since Leo XIV continually calls for peace in the world, the bishop argues that he should also foster peace within the Church. If he cannot make peace with the faithful and clergy of the FSSPX — Catholics who love and pray for the Pope — then his appeals for peace will lose credibility. Bishop Schneider therefore recommends that the Pope allow the consecrations as a gesture of reconciliation and to build bridges with the FSSPX, with whom he should continue discussions towards a lasting solution.
Meeting for the first time with Anglican Dame Sarah Mullally, who holds the title Archbishop of Canterbury, Leo XIV encourages Catholics and Anglicans to proclaim Christ together. They prayed together in the Urban VIII Chapel in the Apostolic Palace. Leo XIV spoke about a fake archbishop who was an Anglican layman, and a pope who was far from saintly. “When archbishop Michael Ramsey and Saint Pope Paul VI announced the first theological dialogue between Anglicans and Catholics [in 1966], they spoke of seeking the ‘restoration of complete communion in faith and sacramental life’. Certainly this ecumenical journey has been complex. While much progress has been made on some historically divisive issues, new problems have arisen in recent decades, rendering the pathway to full communion more difficult to discern. I know that the Anglican Communion is also facing many of these same questions at this time. Nevertheless, we must not allow these continuing challenges to prevent us from using …තව
Holy Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Saint John 10,22-30. The feast of the Dedication was taking place in Jerusalem. It was winter. And Jesus walked about in the temple area on the Portico of Solomon. So the Jews gathered around him and said to him, "How long are you going to keep us in suspense? If you are the Messiah, tell us plainly." Jesus answered them, "I told you and you do not believe. The works I do in my Father's name testify to me. But you do not believe, because you are not among my sheep. My sheep hear my voice; I know them, and they follow me. I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish. No one can take them out of my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all, and no one can take them out of the Father's hand. The Father and I are one." shareyourcatholicfaith

[Venerable Mary of Agreda – XVII Century AD; Agreda, Spain; Mystic; Writer; ‘Blue Nun’] “Chapter IV ~ THE SUSPICIONS OF ST. JOSEPH INCREASE, AND HE RESOLVES TO LEAVE HIS SPOUSE—THE ANGEL OF THE LORD DECLARES TO TIIM THE MYSTERY OF THE INCARNATION. The passion of jealousy produces sharp wounds in him who is attacked by it, and no one ever felt its effects so sensibly as St. Joseph, though, in fact, there was no foundation for it, if he had but known the truth. He was endowed with a singular intelligence to penetrate the sanctity and the lovely character of his spouse. But this, in augmenting his esteem for her whom he was about to lose, augmented his sorrow to find himself necessitated to abandon her. St. Joseph was not subject to the disorders of common jealousy, in which the passions of concupiscence are engaged, which neither reason nor prudence can vanquish. The jealousy of the saint arose only from the depth of his love and a conditional suspicion, viz.: whether his chaste spouse …තව
"St. Joseph awoke, informed of the mystery which had been revealed to him, and instructed that his spouse was the Mother of God. He found himself divided between the joy of his happiness, and his unhoped for dignity, and sorrow for what he had been about to do. He prostrated himself instantly on the ground, and made, with humble fear and inconceivable contentment, heroic acts of humility and gratitude. He gave thanks to God for the mystery which had been disclosed to him, and for having made him the spouse of her whom He had chosen to be His mother—him, who did not deserve to be her servant. The doubts and uncertainty which St. Joseph had suffered, laid in him the foundations of the most profound humility, necessary for him to whom was confided the dispensation of the most holy counsels of the Lord. The remembrance of what had passed served as a lesson for his future life."
"St. Joseph saw not the angel through any image or form—he heard only the internal voice, and understood the mystery. He heard what St. Gabriel said, “ that he should not fear to remain with Mary his wife, because her condition was the work of the Holy Ghost. That she should bring forth a son, whom he should call Jesus; that He should deliver His people from their sins; and that in this mystery would be accomplished the prophecy of Isaiah —‘A Virgin shall conceive and bring forth a son, who shall be called Emmanuel, which means, God with us.’” We perceive from the words of the celestial ambassador, that the saint had separated from the pure Mary in intention, since he was commanded to receive her without fear."
THE REAL WAR NOBODY WANTS TO NAME On Christ, Antichrist, the Errors of Russia, and the Shape of Reality There is a war going on. You can feel it. Most people can feel it even if they cannot name it. And because they cannot name it, they name the wrong thing. They say it is a war between races. Or between nations. Or between the globalists and the patriots. Or between Islam and the West. Or between men and women. Or between the rich and the poor. None of that is wrong exactly. But none of it is the real thing. Those are the shadows of the war, not the war itself. The real war is between Christ and Antichrist. And if that language does not work for you yet, try this: it is the war between reason and unreason. Between the natural order and the war on that order. Between those who accept that reality has a shape — and those who have declared war on that shape. Christ and reason are not two different things. They are the same thing. That is the claim this piece is built on, and it is worth …තව
